“I ordered burp beef from petslover pavilion bukit jalil via grab A-99LV8UMWWI8RAV. And I received the order which product is about to expire. Lucky I saw else it would have just killed my dog giving expiry food which petslover pavilion is least bothers. Not sure how does Petslover hire staffs who don't even use brains doing their work. Giving almost expired product for my pet to die? I will never order from petslover, not a safe food for pets. All those buying pls check the expire date as petslover staff pavilion bukit jalil they don't even care their product is expiring but just stuffing it to customer. Stay alert!!”
“We buy our pet food in PvBJ Petslover, they are total bullshit. After make payment, their cashier will force you to review them by pressing Bad, Neutral or Good service, only can get receipt. Giving review is a voluntary action, NOT A MANDATORY thing. But after customer make payment, it is MANDATORY to provide receipt. Why the heck your cashier tell customer must review to only get receipt? It’s customer rights to review or not, and its customers right to get receipt after payment!! The malay guy on duty at the cashier on 31st July 2025 4.00PM is very rude. When ask him why must review? He said yes it’s a must to press review to get the receipt, when we don’t want to review, he shows his anger by pulling the receipt hard from the machine, Attitude problem + not providing customer receipt after payment. JUST BAN PETSLOVER”
“Moldy dog kibbles. Best to open up your kibbles on the spot to check. Not the first time (refer to older reviews) that the kibbles are moldy. And their policy is very weird whereby, even when you're sold spoilt goods, you can't request for a refund and return it, you must EXCHANGE it for something else. Money that went in can never come out anymore. Might as well I buy from shopee which is 20-30% cheaper + at least there's a platform to protect buyers when we receive spoilt goods.”
